The student team manages the day-to-day actions of the Spartan Global Registered Student Organization (RSO). Among many things, the student team works to raise funds for microloan projects, manages Spartan Global's microloan portfolio on Kiva, engages directly with Spartan Global's field partner, and spreads awareness about microfinance. The student team reports to the Board of Directors, and the two groups work closely together to support aspiring entrepreneurs across the globe.
