The Board of Directors is charged with overseeing all financial decisions of the Spartan Global Development Fund’s 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Additionally, the Board of Directors works closely with Student Team members to manage the day-to-day operations of the Spartan Global Registered Student Organization at Michigan State. Board members guide the Student Team on matters such as leadership, choosing field partners, approving applications for microloans, drafting and administration of contracts with field partners and borrowers, and related tasks.
The Board of Directors is comprised of past Student Team Presidents plus the organization’s faculty advisor. In all, the Board provides institutional history, experience, and expertise to help student members continue to grow and learn personally and as an organization.

Under Scott's leadership, Spartan Global was awarded the 2017 Lewis Quality of Excellence Award from the Eli Broad College of Business.
Scott currently works in the banking industry as a commercial lending credit analyst.

Graduated from Michigan State University in 2018 with a BA in Accounting and a minor in International Business.
Morgan is currently based in Seattle, Washington where she works as a risk consultant.
